My client, a leading financial services organisation in the central belt are looking for a bright enthusiastic individual from a Business Analysis background to join their IT team based in the central belt. You will assist in the analysis, design, development and implementation of projects to maintain*improve - risk management, customer service, cost control and ensure consistency.
• Assist in the analysis, design, build, implementation and post implementation of projects
• Assist in the development and delivery of high quality, effective and cost efficient systems, processes and general improvements
• Establish and monitor cost*benefits of initiatives and revised processes
• Contribute significantly to the development of strategy by way of analysis and adopted initiatives*ideas
• Maintain a strong operational partnership with Technology*Sales*Finance and other functional or business areas
• Assist in developing the skills and effectiveness of the team
• Ability to handle multiple and varied tasks*projects simultaneously and achieves the agreed milestones and targets impacts on work and use this to generate fit for purpose solutions - avoiding the need to amend targets*deliverables
• Always looks beyond the accepted ways of doing things and uses the output to develop creative and practical business solutions
• Excellent PC skills and a good knowledge of technology based systems as evidenced by a number of creative*innovative suggestions*pieces of work
